1: Watermelon-Like: Watermelon, Strawberries and Fresh Green Apple.

2: Yes, Mango: Mongo, Pineapple, Orange and Strawberry.

3: Nightwalk: Mango, Banana, Orange & Ginger Blended and Coconut Milk.

4: Peanut Butter Power: Banana, 1 Scoop of Peanut Butter, Organic Soy Milk or Coconut Milk.

5: Caribbean Vitamin: Banana, Chocolate Almond Milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Fresh Coconut, Mango and Wheat Grass  with Vitamin.

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Preparing a breakfast Smoothie is easy to do and you can select your choice of alkaline fruits and vegetables and create a different smoothie every morning and go to work feeling satisfied.

Put the following straight into a blender:

  1. Cut a slice of Watermelon  or  5-6 Spinach Leaves
  2. Cut-a slice of Paw-paw
  3. cut ½ Cucumber
  4.  cut up -3- slice of Green banana or 1-Ripe banana
  5. cut up-3 small slices of raw pumpkin and 2-Cauli Flower stems
  6.  put-2-Tblsp of coconut milk or 2-Tblsp of Molasses or 2- Tblsp Strawberry Jam (Low Sugar) and a Few Sultanas/raisens
  7.  3 Tblsp of Similac sensitive isomil soy (Baby Formula – protein!)
  8. Add 1 ½  cup of water or sweet-potato water or green-fig water (boiled with skins for   Iron!)    Blend on slow and then high speed.  Add water if too thick.

Burn better with pepper!

Great for: reducing high blood pressure, boosting your circulation and cleansing toxins, aiding digestion and treating heartburn (yes!) and many more good things.

Red pepper is alkaline and helps balance the effects of acid foods but not when used in the form of pepper sauce (vinegar based).

Eat right to feel right!

Acid-forming foods create over-acidic PH levels in your body, health problems and symptoms such as: Poor digestion and absorption of nutrients; Lack of energy and joint pain; Frequent colds and flu, allergies and nasal congestion; Headaches . . . cravings for foods that only add to gaining fat and feeling worse.

Alkanize your diet and body and feel more energetic by eating more green vegetables and avoid acid foods like: coffee, soft drinks and sugars, bread and wheat products, dairy, fried foods and meat.

Use a squeeze of lemon or lime in your drinking water to help balance your PH.

photo 2Try blending fresh vegetables with fruits to make energizing smoothies and get your raw food servings and fibre that way!

Try eating only vegetables with your protein (fish or chicken or beans) instead of starch (rice, pasta, ground provision).  And when you do eat starch – eat more ground provision and less processed foods – dumplings, macaroni, bread etc. Save the water from your greenfigs and ground provision (boil sweet potatoes with their skin on) and use the water in your smoothie blends for extra nutrients!

Drink water for life – always keep hydrated and flush toxins out with (filtered water if you can)  – at least eight glasses a day.

Ladies beauty tip: Use coffee grounds (fresh or used) with your shower gel for a skin- smoothing exfoliating scrub that stimulates circulation and fights cellulite.

Mens grooming tip: for razor bumps and a great shaving experience – try 

Zingha’s Smooth Shave Mix *ZSSM: Mix together in a cup – 1 tablespoon of toothpaste, 1/2 tablespoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon coconut oil and 2 capfuls rubbing alchohol  – use like a shaving cream.  It is antiseptic, tingles and leaves your face refreshed, smooth and great!

  4. I have been on this site for a little bit but the little bit I been siting for. Wow!! I get myself doing the workout. I know a bit about gyms/home workout’s the P90x and Insanity all the Beachbody workouts videos and yes they all hard but not good for my hip, balance, lowback and knee when I performing. This Bodysensei mix workout will be the one number videos try it and see and you will know.
